DESCRIPTION:
This product is portable and easy to use, thick black aerosol mastic coating that seals water leaks and fills cracks and voids on most roofing surfaces. Provides an extremely durable sealer and coating that will not sag or drip in summer heat or crack or peel in winter cold. Sprays as a liquid, flows into low spots, cracks and crevices then dries to a thick, black rubberized coating. Great for asphalt and fiberglass shingles, build-up tar and gravel, single ply rubberized and granulated roofs, mobile home and RV roofs, flashings and around chimneys, vents and skylights. Helps seal concrete foundations and basements from water seepage and hydrostatic pressure leaks. Provides an effective repair even when the surface is wet. Easy to carry, easy to apply. Eliminates mess, clean-up and burdensome pails.
Quickly Seals Leaks On: Drip edges, mobile home & camper roofs, flat roofs, overlapped seams, chimney & skylight flashings, gutters & downspouts, vent pipe flashings, asphalt shingle roofs, gravel stops, one ply rubberized systems, below grade foundations, off ridge vents.
For Use by: Roof cleaners, roof contractors, carpenters, maintenance crews, municipalities, schools, plumbers.
DIRECTIONS:
Shake well. Shake vigorously until agitator ball inside can rattles freely for one minute. Shake can occasionally throughout application. Spray surface using a sweeping motion from a distance of 12 to 14 inches. For maximum effectiveness, apply several thin coats rather than one thick layer. For best results, use only at can temperatures above 60 degree F. Spray a larger area than where leak has occurred and feather edges into surrounding area with lighter applications.
. Note: After each use, invert can and apply a short burst to clear actuator.
. Coverage: One can treats 2 to 12 square feet depending on coating thickness.
