CONCRETE RE-SURFACING PATCH & REPAIR EPOXY TYPE KIT

DESCRIPTION:

Recommendations and Limitations, The Epoxy Type Concrete Patch and Repair Kit has been designed for use on floor areas which are subjected to abrasive traffic, impact and corrosive chemical spillage, such as alkalis, blood, fats, oil, salts, sugars, and many other chemicals . Do Not Use Epoxy Repair Kit to wood or asphaltic materials. This kit may be installed on any structurally sound and properly prepared concrete, metal or ceramic tile surface.

DIRECTIONS:

Before you start, read the application instructions completely. Make sure surface has been properly prepared. Minimum temperature (standard cure) is 45 F. The floor must be dry and free of all oils, grease, wax and dirt. Acid etch all bonding surface.

. Primer Coat: Or Seal Coat: Apply with squeegee, cut in with brush and back-roll with short roller. Do not puddle.

. Broadcasting: After applying surface or seal coat, spread aggregate while undercoat is still wet. Allow to cure, sand if desired. Sweep up excess.

. Surface Or Patch: Additional clean dry aggregate (sand, quartz etc.) may be added at up to 30 lbs/1 A and 1 b to the mixed resin and hardener. The more aggregate the thicker the mix. (Scrape sides and bottom of vessel when mixing.

. Surfacing: Apply to areas with trowel or brush and smooth over surface. If after drying, patch is a little rough, apply a second thin coat or sand sooth when hard.

. Patch: Apply to crack or holes. Smooth surface.

. Curing time minimum 12 hrs - 24 hours for traffic and 48 hours for chemical spillage.
