DESCRIPTION:
Before you start read the application instructions completely make sure surface has been properly prepared. Make sure temperature of floor and material is between 60 and 85 degrees F. The floor must be dry and free of all oils, grease wax and dirt. Acid Etch all bonding surface.
. Recommendations and Limitations - The Epoxy Type Non Skip Patch and Repair Kit has been designed for use on floor areas which are subjected to abrasive traffic, impact and corrosive chemical spillage, such as alkalis, blood, fats, oil, salts, sugars, and many other chemicals. Do Not Use Epoxy Repair Kit to wood or asphaltic materials. This kit may be installed on any structurally sound and properly prepared concrete, metal or ceramic tile surface.
DIRECTIONS:
Sweep clean all areas to be repaired.
. Use appropriate cleaner to remove grease and other contaminants. Let area dry well.
. Mix A & B cans thoroughly until uniform mixture. When using a partial kit use 2 part Resin to 1 part Hardener. Once the parts are mixed material should be applied before gel occurs. About 90 minutes at room temperature.
. Add all the aggregate to! & B and mix. For less viscous mix use less aggregate.
. Resurface: Apply with trowel, skim coat to 1/16 inch. To repair; apply to crack and smooth.
. Curing time at 75 degrees F. minimum 12 hours, 24 hours for traffic and 48 hours for chemical spillage.
Note: Curing time will range with temperature. Cooler temperatures will slow down cure rate and warmer temperature will accelerate cure rate. In cooler weather where ground is below 65 degrees, heat may be applies to patch area for faster cure.
