St. Anthony's Church

St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church is located on Beaver Brook Road near the Four Corners. The original building shown here was burned down, supposedly by the KKK in the 1930's.
The church was built in the 1800's. Father Metz would come from Calicoon NY to give sermons at the church in the early 1900's. He often stayed with the Metzger's in town.
