TROUT FISHING. Located in a natural woodland setting in the Catskills on Route 55. Eldred, N.Y., ELDRED PRESERVE has swirling pools stocked with rainbows, brownies, brooks and tigers up to 26 inches! Open year round, there's also a tackle shop, snack bar and plenty of free parking. No license required except for stream fishing. Stocking available from the modern hatchery.
